Step 5: Connect Your Email Domain (Your Business Email Sender)
Authenticate your business email so messages send from you@yourbrand.com , not a system address. This step improves deliverability, keeps you out of spam, and builds brand credibility.
System Explanation
When you start using Quiet Wealth Society to send emails, you’re no longer just sending one-to-one messages — you’re entering the world of email marketing, where reputation and authentication matter.
Your sending domain is what tells inbox providers like Gmail and Yahoo that your emails are real and safe. It verifies that you have permission to send messages on behalf of your business, rather than through a generic system.
Here’s the difference to keep in mind:
- Root Domain — This is your main website domain (for example, yourbrand.com).
- Sending Domain — This is a subdomain used only for email marketing (for example, mail.yourbrand.com or connect.yourbrand.com).
The sending domain keeps your marketing emails separate from your website, so if anything ever affects your email reputation, your main site remains untouched. It also gives inbox providers the technical signals they need — called DNS records — to verify you’re a legitimate sender.
When this setup is done, all your Quiet Wealth Society emails will say they come from your domain, not from a Quiet Wealth Society address.
This increases your deliverability, protects your sender reputation, and gives your clients a consistent experience from your brand’s name to your inbox.
